It immediately sets the listing apart.Second, his work ethic is outstanding. Communication was effortless, relaxed, and incredibly responsive — often via WhatsApp, without any sense of a 9-to-5 mentality. Joek is fully there for you, always available, proactive, and on top of every detail.What really stood out to me, though, was how attentive and thoughtful he is as a person. Even on key-handover day, he went the extra mile with small gestures — a lunch, a gift — things that made the entire process feel personal and genuinely cared for. Over the course of a few weeks, he became much more than just a real estate agent; he was someone to think things through with and fully trust.Joek has deep knowledge of the Amsterdam housing market, and that expertise shows at every step.
