Joek helped me with the purchase of my new palace! Initially, I wanted to arrange everything within one week and had picked a few houses, deciding that one of them would be 'the one'. And I told this to Joek, who responded by saying he deserved a chance too. Luckily, I gave him that chance! After some good conversations, new viewings, and a rather bold move of placing an offer immediately during the viewing, everything worked out! Everything went smoothly; so thank you very much, Joek!
