Onlangs heeft Joek van A'dam Good Story ons huis in Amsterdam-Gein verkocht. Het hele proces is zeer naar tevredenheid verlopen. Bij het eerste contact verscheen Joek op z'n scooter en in casual kleding, anders dan andere makelaars die in een strak pak met mappen aan komen zetten. Het werd een prettig gesprek waarbij het gevoel gelijk goed was. Hij is duidelijk en eerlijk, bleek ook tijdens het gehele verkoopproces. Joek loste zelfs een probleem op met de deur naar de tuin! Toen we besloten om Joek in te schakelen is hij gelijk aan de slag gegaan. Met een temperatuur van 30 graden stond hij bijvoorbeeld de heg te snoeien en de ramen te lappen, naast andere klusjes. Joek heeft ook gezorgd voor prachtige foto's, na een mooie styling. Vervolgens heeft hij gezorgd voor een grote groep kijkers, wat uiteindelijk heeft geleid tot mooie biedingen en een vlotte verkoop. Daar was hij al die tijd transparant over. Ik kan Joek dan ook van harte aanbevelen als je je huis wil verkopen.

Joek is geen gewone makelaar – hij is een echte huizenfluisteraar. Waar anderen alleen vier muren zien, ziet hij een verhaal dat verteld moet worden. Joek komt niet in zijn op maat gemaakte pak maar gewoon in spijkerbroek. Werkt niet met standaardtrucjes of loze beloften, maar met oprechte aandacht, vakkennis en een vleugje (andere) flair. Vanaf het eerste moment ging hij veel verder dan verwacht: hij deed de styling, belichting, en creëerde zelfs de juiste sfeer in huis op het moment van bezichtiging. Alsof hij precies wist hoe hij het karakter van mijn woning moest laten schitteren. Dankzij zijn inzet voelde het hele proces niet als “verkopen”, maar als het zorgvuldig overdragen van iets dierbaars aan een volgende eigenaar. Joek maakt van makelen een kunstvorm.

We were looking for an estate agent to sell our home. On the recommendation of our neighbors, we contacted A'dam good story. Less than an hour later, Yoke was sitting at our kitchen table passionately talking about his approach. He came across as no ordinary realtor, down-to-earth and sincere, someone who knows how to get things done. He immediately offered styling and renovation tips that would benefit the sale. We also met with two other agents on their recommendation, but the feeling, approach, and vision of Yoke kept playing in our minds and made us decide to choose him. From the moment we started working together, he brought a sofa, plants, garden equipment, and carpeting from his own warehouse and placed them in our home. He also adjusted the room layout and even helped with cleaning up so that everything looked perfect for the photos, which he himself took and had professionally edited. Throughout the entire process, Yoke supported us with laughter and tears, resulting in a beautiful collaboration and friendship. All expectations were more than met, and looking back on it, we can say it was an exceptionally beautiful selling process. Yoke is a hard worker who perfectly senses when to push forward or slow down, handles feedback well, has his heart in the right place, and does everything in consultation to achieve the best result.
