Thanks to Yev, we were able to experience the absolute added value of a local real estate agent because he knows the neighborhood and local developments like the back of his hand. Unlike large offices (where you're just a number), Yev handles things much more personally. What we had to get used to was Yev's pace (the house was sold 2-3 days after our first meeting), but perhaps this pace fits in with this overheated housing market...
