Our recent visit to an open house, led by the remarkable duo Joek and Jeremiah, was truly extraordinary. The house itself was in good condition and their gesture of offering free drinks, reminiscent of something from 'Selling Sunset', added a particularly special touch to our experience. Given that we have attended several viewings before, we can confidently say that this one stood out due to the quality of service. Jeremiah, our tour guide, skillfully led us through the house and answered all our questions and concerns. Later, we had the pleasure of meeting Joek, who took us to explore the backyard garden. He illustrated various possibilities for garden and home renovations and demonstrated his profound knowledge of real estate. What truly set Joek and Jeremiah apart was not only their expertise but also their genuine and pleasant attitude, making our viewing experience unique and very enjoyable. In summary: Our experience with Joek and Jeremiah has left us deeply impressed. Their meticulous attention to detail, consideration for our needs, and seamless teamwork ensured that we felt truly valued during our visit. This led us to make the confident decision to purchase the house. As the name undoubtedly suggests, this was a '100% damn good story', all thanks to the exceptional service of Joek and Jeremiah.
