Joek did everything to sell the house optimally. Initially, we chose a different real estate agent. When the house went online, he contacted us and told us that there were many inaccuracies in the presentation and asked if he could contact us after two months. After two months, when the house had not been sold, he contacted us again. Three weeks later, we switched to him and he sold our house for more than €85,000 above the best offer from the previous real estate agent.
