For the sale of our home, we were looking for a real estate agent. On the recommendation of our neighbors, we contacted A’dam good story. Less than an hour later, Joek was already sitting at our kitchen table, full of passion talking about his approach. He came across as no ordinary real estate agent, down to earth, genuine and someone who knows how to handle things. He immediately came up with styling and renovation tips that would benefit the sale. After Joek (also on his recommendation, which is a nice touch), we had two other agents over as well. However, Joek’s feeling, approach and vision kept playing in our heads and made us decide to choose him. From the moment we started working with him, he brought in from his own warehouse a bank, plants, garden set and stair coverings and placed them in our home. He also adjusted the layout of the rooms and even helped with cleaning and tidying up the house so that everything looked perfect for the photos. Which he, by the way, took himself and had professionally edited. Throughout the entire process, Joek supported us with a smile and a tear, which has resulted in a beautiful collaboration and friendship. He has exceeded all our expectations and looking back on a particularly nice sales process. Joek is a hard worker who intuitively feels when to give gas or slow down, handles feedback well, has his heart in the right place and does everything in consultation to reach the right end result. We would therefore highly recommend Joek!!
