We met Joek eerder bij een vorige woning, waar hij ons goed adviseerde. Na het drinken van een kop koffie heeft hij ons geholpen om op weg te gaan naar ons eerste koophuis en ons fantastisch geadviseerd. Joek is goed bereikbaar, geeft passend en oprecht advies. At first, I chose QB real estate. Joek had warned me about this agency that they would put the houses online and sometimes leave them there for a year. After my home was online for 4 weeks, Joek called me. Unfortunately, he had been right; there was only one reaction to my house. Joek wasn't gentle but offered me a performance contract, and then I got to experience what a real estate agent does. A'dam Good Story is truly a FantasticGood Story. Hoek worked non-stop in my home for 8 hours and kept saying, 'Your house must be sold!' The next day he took photos. The property went online on Tuesday, and on Friday he organized viewings for 30 people. This was done entirely in his own style, with drinks and snacks. On Thursday, the house was sold. You think a real estate agent puts your home up on Funda and it's sold right away. Joek explained to me that you can't always explain this; sometimes one restaurant is super busy while another is empty. He restyled my home, and what a difference it made. The combination of styling, photography, and textual presentation all come together during the viewing. Afterward, he goes full throttle to secure the right offer. It's like being on a roller coaster ride until you suddenly find yourself at a notary signing papers and your house is sold. This has been an insane story that I can't stop talking about. This real estate agent isn't just an agent but a passionate person who masters all trades necessary to get things done. He works with passion because he enjoys it. Thanks, Joek.

A'dam Good Story - and that's it! This name certainly doesn't come second to what Joe and his team meant to me during the sale of my home in Amsterdam. Joe goes coolly, undisturbed on a stable course refreshingly straight ahead, though in 5th gear which was perfect for me. When high waves come, he challenges them like Neptune until we're back in serene waters again. Somewhat contrary, but that's what makes Joe, Joe and without his curiosity and enthusiasm the sale would have been less of a success. Being open to feedback is great for sellers with a strong creative passion like I have. Essential for me personally throughout the entire sale was availability, being able to consult, ask for help and he was almost 24/7 which I greatly appreciated. Joe for the win, thanks for your good care.
