Joek has taken care of everything for us regarding the sale and also in making the house 'sale-ready'. Since we live 200 km away from the house to be sold, that was extra nice! He does his job with a lot of passion and pleasure and is very involved. He is extremely precise and communicates openly, directly, and honestly. The house was quickly sold! Joek is not just any agent; he gives that little bit extra! A real recommendation!

3 years ago we sold the house in Amsterdam and bought one in Enkhuizen, all through Joek from A'dam Good Story. Now we are selling in Enkhuizen with A'dam Good Story again. All locals found it a great experience and Joek is selling it for an unexpected result once more. With this real estate agent it doesn't matter, he takes care of everything down to the smallest detail. Not cheap, but definitely the best!

Joek is a very nice real estate agent who is straightforward. He tells it like it is and ensures that your house is guaranteed to be sold for the best possible price. Our house had to be sold quickly at an unattractive time (namely during Christmas). Joek pulled out all the stops and made sure this happened. We are extremely grateful to him for this.
