Joek did everything to sell the house optimally. Initially, we chose a different real estate agent. When the house went online, he contacted us and told us that there were many inaccuracies in the presentation and asked if he could contact us after two months. After two months, when the house had not been sold, he contacted us again. Three weeks later, we switched to him and he sold our house for more than €85,000 above the best offer from the previous real estate agent. He styled the house with his team, arranged beautiful photos, and sold the property within two weeks. A'dam Good Story does what it says.

Op zoek naar een aankoopmakelaar in Amsterdam Zuidoost kwam via Google bij A'dam Good Story. Ik las hun reviews en kon het niet geloven.Joek sprak met mij af in de Amsterdamse Poort om even koffie te drinken.Mijn budget was beperkt wat het lastig maakte voor mij om een passende woning te vinden. Joek legde mij rustig uit hoe hij tewerk gaat wat mij gerust stelde.Allereerst ging hij meteen op zoek buiten mijn budget om. Hij legde uit dat ik niets hoef te tekenen of aanbetalen omdat hij zelfverzekerd is van zijn zaak.Binnen de Bijlmer maar ook zeker daarbuiten kent hij de markt. Zoekt de sterke punten in het proces om de onderhandeling in te gaan.Hij selecteerde meteen verschillende objecten waar ik nooit aan had gedacht. Wij maakt een afspraak maar we wisten meteen dat de eerste raak was.Voor mij de beste aankoopmakelaar in Amsterdam, als mens, persoon maar ook als strateeg in de veranderende woningmarkt.
