Joek is a very nice real estate agent who is straightforward. He tells it like it is and ensures that your house is guaranteed to be sold for the best possible price. Our house had to be sold quickly at an unattractive time (namely during Christmas). Joek pulled out all the stops and made sure this happened. We are extremely grateful to him for this. Even after the sale, there were some follow-up issues where Joek helped us incredibly well, quickly, and pleasantly. In short, I would definitely recommend this real estate agent to everyone!

De makelaar heeft volledig aan mijn verwachting voldaan. Is snel, pro-actief en komt al zijn afspraken na. Is bovendien altijd bereikbaar: zelfs 's avonds en in het weekend. De gehele doorlooptijd van het verkoopproces was sneller dan verwacht. Tussen het plaatsen van de woning op Funda en het uiteindelijke bod (er waren er meer) zat slechts tien dagen.Daarnaast is hij ook prettig in de omgang en inlevend.

Als Joek voor iets gaat dan gaat hij er ook echt voor!Zijn directe communicatie en eerlijkheid is uitzonderlijk, waardoor ik me altijd goed geïnformeerd voelde. Hij zegt wat hij denkt, kan soms te direct overkomen, maar dat vind ik persoonlijk wel fijn.Geen bla bla en loze beloftes, gewoon simpele eerlijkheid!Joek is altijd bereikbaar; bij urgente vragen maakt het hem niet uit als je om 9 uur 's avonds belt. Juist doordat hij altijd bereikbaar is, is dit voor mij de bevestiging dat hij zich echt betrokken voelt in het verkoopproces.A'dam Good Story hebben het verkoopproces efficiënt beheerd en mijn verwachtingen overtroffen. Als je op zoek bent naar een betrouwbare partner voor een snelle en succesvolle verkoopervaring, dan raad ik je het zeker aan om Adam Good story in te schakelen!

Joek did everything to sell the house optimally. Initially, we chose a different real estate agent. When the house went online, he contacted us and told us that there were many inaccuracies in the presentation and asked if he could contact us after two months. After two months, when the house had not been sold, he contacted us again. Three weeks later, we switched to him and he sold our house for more than €85,000 above the best offer from the previous real estate agent. He styled the house with his team, arranged beautiful photos, and sold the property within two weeks. A'dam Good Story does what it says.
