Joek was extremely helpful in finding and buying an apartment! He has a very direct form of communication that my partner and I greatly appreciated. He gets to know you to determine which type of property and neighborhood suits you best. Once he had figured this out, he searched for and recommended several houses (and neighborhoods) that we really liked. When we found a place to make an offer on, he was super helpful during the negotiations. He was always communicative and helpful in addressing any doubts we had during the process. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend Joek as Adam Good Story!!!

Joek is de beste! Geweldige huisaankoopervaring dankzij hem. Alles was zeer goed geregeld en de klanten kunnen volledig op hem vertrouwen. Morgen gaan wij naar de notaris om de laatste stap van het hele aankoopproces af te ronden. Heel veel geluk met Joek als makelaar!

Zeer goede bediening!! De makelaar reageert heel goed op berichten, ging met mij mee naar bezichtigingen, gaf oprechte & rationele suggesties (meerdere keren werd ik door emoties overheerst naar de flat na de bezichtiging, maar hij vertelde mij dat het appartement niet de moeite waard was, dat bleek achteraf wel zo te zijn rechts). Na heel wat ups en downs ben ik nu blij dat ik op een plek ben die ik leuk vind en dat ik plannen heb voor wat renovatie, waarbij het appartement voor een redelijke prijs is gekocht (ook weerspiegeld in de taxatie). Ik moet zeggen dat ik het zonder wiens hulp niet had kunnen redden. Een aanrader voor iedereen die een plek zoekt in Amsterdam (de makelaar heeft vooral ervaring met de wijk rondom Arena)!

I definitely recommend his services to everyone interested in buying real estate! The best purchase advisor for real estate. He helps from beginning to end. However, he does not encourage anyone to buy with violence but with the heart. He focuses not on his earnings but on the customer's right choice. I recommend it to everyone!

Een Amsterdams Good Story. Ik kwam makelaar Joek van Voorbergen tegen tijdens een bezichtiging van een object welke hij in de verkoop had. Na wat maanden zelf te hebben gezocht toch besloten Joek in te schakelen als aankoopmakelaar. Joek laat een blijvende indruk achter door zijn aanpak, legt goed uit wat de verschillen zijn tussen een aankoop- en verkoopmakelaar en dat merk je in zijn aanpak. Joek is flexibel, altijd beschikbaar en kan snel schakelen. Bij A'dam Good Story makelaardij kennen ze de markt als geen ander, hun kennis, aanpak en strategie maakt het verschil. Joek van Voorbergen bought our dream house in Almere for us. In itself, nothing special, but that was exactly what made it so remarkable. It started with the fact that we had actually chosen another real estate agent, and without Joek's advice, we would never have been able to view our dream house or make the right offer. Joek is not really a realtor, he's just Joek. He keeps every promise he makes, follows his intuition, and goes to any lengths to achieve the common goal.
