Voor de verkoop van onze woning waren wij opzoek naar een makelaar. Op aanbeveling van onze buren hebben wij contact gezocht met A’dam good story. Nog geen uur later zat Joek bij ons aan de keukentafel vol passie over zijn manier van aanpak te praten. Hij kwam op ons over als geen doorsnee makelaar, down to earth, oprecht en iemand die van aanpakken weet. Kwam gelijk met styling en opknap tips die de verkoop ten goede zouden doen. Na Joek (ook op aanbeveling van hem, wat hem siert) hebben wij nog 2 andere makelaars over de vloer gehad. Het gevoel, de manier van aanpak en visie van Joek bleef in ons hoofd spelen en heeft ons doen besluiten voor hem te kiezen. Vanaf het moment dat we de samenwerking met hem aangingen heeft hij vanuit zijn eigen magazijn een bank, planten, tuinset en trapbekleding meegenomen en in onze woning geplaatst. Ook de indeling van de kamers werden door hem aangepast en heeft zelfs geholpen met het opruimen en schoonmaken van de woning zodat alles er piekfijn uit kwam te zien voor op de foto’s. Die hij overigens zelf heeft geschoten en fantastisch heeft laten bewerken. Tijdens het gehele proces heeft Joek ons met een lach en een traan bijgestaan wat ervoor gezorgd heeft dat er een mooie samenwerking en vriendschap ontstond. Alle verwachtingen heeft hij meer dan waard gemaakt en kijken terug op een bijzonder mooi verkoopproces. Joek is een keiharde werker die feilloos aanvoelt op welke momenten hij gas kan geven of moet afremmen, gaat goed om met feedback, heeft het hart op de juiste plek en doet alles in samenspraak om tot het juiste eindresultaat te komen. Wij zouden dan ook Joek ten zeerste aanbevelen!!
