Joek brings something extra. During preparation, he thinks along with cleaning, room layout & styling. He goes the extra mile in a positive way. Joek doesn’t shy away from hard work. You also need to be willing to roll up your sleeves because you do such a project together. We were a good team together. Especially the quick and direct communication we found very pleasant. Joek is straightforward. From start to finish, he gave us his full attention. Thanks Joek for the nice collaboration, and keep being yourself as there are few like you!

Because it is what it is, together we made sure the house was ready for the next owners so they can enjoy living on the Gooische side and can appreciate the vloeder [a type of meadow]. It's not always easy to be honest and sincere but with you that was possible, and only then do you see that added value. Living in Zuidoost at the Nelson Mandelapark in the Bijlmer has what many people are looking for on the Amsterdam housing market; lots of green space, lots of water, yet close to the city. I got to know Joek as the real estate agent who sold me the house where I now live. He wasn't hired by me, but if I ever sell my house again, that's what I would do. Joek connects with people; he is genuinely interested in their experiences and when he looks at a home, he sees the person living there. Joek also has an eye for how to photograph houses well, highlighting the beautiful views that make the house worthwhile. So trust him if he wants to move some things around! His stubbornness is something you either love or not (I do). Don't expect a run-of-the-mill suited real estate agent, but rather a man who sets a home on the market with love and creativity and goes to great lengths to make the sale enjoyable for both parties.

Het klikte van meet af aan. Joek zet alles in zijn element zodat het huis tot zijn recht komt. Meerdere makelaars zijn langs geweest om mijn woning aan de gaasperplas te verkopen. Het vetrouwen in Joek zijn makelaarskantoor, A'dam Good Story, heeft er voor gezorgd dat de woning fijne nieuwe eigenaren hebben gekregen. Dank en ga zo door!

Aanvankelijk maakt ik eerst telefonisch kennis met Joek in zijn rol als verkoopmakelaar in een zoektocht naar een appartement. Bij dit gesprek werd ik verrast door het enthousiasme van de makelaar en de tijd die hij nam om mijn vragen te beantwoorden en adviezen te verstrekken. Temeer opmerkelijk dat dit gesprek vrijdagavond, dik na 18:00 plaatsvond. Zijn rol als verkoopmakelaar veranderde na kennismaking in aankoopmakelaar. Dit resulteerde tot onze verbazing en tot ons geluk al vrij snel in een aankoop en een fijn appartement, it's A'dam Good Story. Sinda afgelopen week hebben we de sleutel van een heerlijke maisonette waarbij Joek ons aller aller blijdschap deelde. Was 't fijn werken en communiceren met deze man. Nogmaals dank hiervoor! We zullen Joek aan een ieder van harte aanbevelen welke op de Amsterdamse woningmarkt hulp nodig heeft.
