Joek brings something extra. During preparation, he thinks along with cleaning, room layout & styling. He goes the extra mile in a positive way. Joek doesn’t shy away from hard work. You also need to be willing to roll up your sleeves because you do such a project together. We were a good team together. Especially the quick and direct communication we found very pleasant. Joek is straightforward. From start to finish, he gave us his full attention. Thanks Joek for the nice collaboration, and keep being yourself as there are few like you!

Because it is what it is, together we made sure the house was ready for the next owners so they can enjoy living on the Gooische side and can appreciate the vloeder [a type of meadow]. It's not always easy to be honest and sincere but with you that was possible, and only then do you see that added value. Living in Zuidoost at the Nelson Mandelapark in the Bijlmer has what many people are looking for on the Amsterdam housing market; lots of green space, lots of water, yet close to the city.
