We approached Joek for a specific property. With very short notice (viewing on Thursday, first meeting with Joek on Friday after which we went on vacation), Joek also viewed the property and advised us to make an offer. He then successfully placed a bid during our vacation, as expected by him, which was more positive than we had anticipated. Good accessibility and well assisted.
