By presenting the house well (beautiful photos, a video and an enthusiastic description) and guiding potential buyers properly, he found a suitable candidate in one round. The property was sold within 10 days!

All locals found it a great experience and Joek is selling it again for an unexpected result. With this real estate agent it doesn't matter, he takes care of everything down to the smallest detail. Not cheap, but the best!

Yuck was not our direct real estate agent when we bought the house, but rather the selling agent. This did not stop him from making our purchase process as transparent and warm as possible. Very telling of his personality. Yuck goes out of his way to support each party and add a bit of personality and love to the sometimes cold home buying process.
