Contact with Monique Krop was very pleasant and to the point. She was well reachable and responded quickly. She was a good sparring partner for the decisions to be made. Trying to charge 4,000 euros because the white paint on the photo holes does not match the magnolia layer underneath, and then withholding the entire deposit is the kind of shady business practice that gives estate agents a bad name. Avoid at all costs.
