The realtor took the time to thoroughly bring us on board as clients, but once we were actually in the process of buying and selling our home, they became hard to reach. Every time I wanted to speak with the realtor, I was connected to their assistant. The realtor only had time for a bit of WhatsApp communication. The sale of our house did not progress at all. A few times I called to ask what the strategy was, but they kept just muddling through. We also had to call repeatedly to ask about the next steps and to ensure things were being taken care of. Then you would get a response like: “oh is that still not sorted?” I would never hire this realtor again. We paid around €7,000 for very poor service.

Zowel voor de verkoop van onze woning als de aankoop van de nieuwe woning, Groenhout als makelaar gehad. Zowel bij de verkoop als bij de aankoop super goed geholpen. Medewerkers op kantoor zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam (waar ik onder andere heel veel aan gehad heb met het invullen van diverse moeilijke vragenlijsten). Makelaar zelf was ook erg makkelijk te contacten. Vragen konden eventueel ook via whatsapp gesteld worden. Alles werd op een duidelijke manier uitgelegd (zonder de moeilijke woorden).
