The realtor was very knowledgeable, truly a specialist in his field. We looked at the house with an entirely different perspective ourselves. He noticed things like the quality of the window frames, leaks, etc. It was also nice during the negotiations that he conducted the talks and knew how to approach them.

Makelaar heeft met ons vele woningen bezocht waardoor hij uiteindelijk zo'n goed beeld had van wat we wilden dat we het aandurfden een bod te doen op ons droomhuis terwijl we op vakantie waren en dus alleen een face time rondleiding hadden gezien.Na een hobbelig traject en een emotionele achtbaan (eerst overboden, kopers trokken zich terug, toch weer in beeld) zijn we nu bezitter van precies dat wat we zochten. Makelaar begeleidde ons bij iedere stap, kon elke vraag beantwoorden of ging er achteraan en gaf deskundig advies. Wat een bijzonder plezierige samenwerking was dit! Ik zou echt niet weten wat hij beter had moeten doen; vandaar de 10.
