After we had decided to leave all our certainties behind in Flevoland and move to Drenthe, we spoke with several real estate agents. With Jan, we knew right away; this is the agent who fits us! He is honest, charges fixed prices, and does what he says. The contact went smoothly and effortlessly, and no question was too much for him. With great enthusiasm, he researched things for us or drew our attention to certain matters independently. Jan understands the housing market, and thanks to him, we now live in our dream home in a wonderful environment. From the inspection of the house to making a reasonable offer and from going over the purchase contract to the appointment with the notary: Jan was always there for us. We hope never to leave here again, but if that should ever happen, he will be the first person we call. We warmly recommend him!

The realtor was very knowledgeable, truly a specialist in his field. We looked at the house with an entirely different perspective ourselves. He noticed things like the quality of the window frames, leaks, etc. It was also nice during the negotiations that he conducted the talks and knew how to approach them.
