After a realtor search, I chose Jan as the purchasing realtor and have never regretted it! He takes his time, is very reachable, carefully assesses the quality of the houses we view so that I could mainly experience if it feels right (and asks about this too!). Pleasant to communicate with, pragmatic yet personal. Nice collaboration. Found a lovely house in a nice location faster than expected. Jan, thank you!

When I saw all the five-star reviews, I thought this had to be purchased, but as soon as you meet Jan, you see why he consistently receives these evaluations. Jan is truly an excellent real estate agent who looks after your interests and provides stability in this overheated market. He took his time and guided us to a beautiful house that was not yet on the market. We never signed a contract but he still works based on trust. Ultimately, we ended up in Twente rather than Drenthe from our starting point in the Randstad area, but we have experienced Jan's contribution as extremely valuable. Highly recommended. Truly

Jan knows what he's doing, that became clear during the purchase of our new farmhouse. He's also a very likable guy who thinks along during all phases of the process. 'He's good and awake' as we say in the west. Thanks mate👍
