Contact with our real estate agent was very nice and understanding. My parents are quite elderly, and she took this into account a great deal. She responded appropriately. Unfortunately, it didn't work out with the first buyer, but soon after things were handled well further on. I do think you could have avoided this by letting both buyers see the property and decide. This was decided at the last moment, so for us it came as a surprise that the sale did not go through. Overall, the sale went very well and quickly.

"That a house sale is quite an event, we had already beautifully discussed beforehand, especially for older people such a step is a huge one. Super nice then that we as an office were allowed to accompany and we did this in the most personal and attentive way possible, it's great that this came across. We don't have everything under control, as turned out with those who seemed like they would be buyers, but our quick reaction and follow-up actions fortunately soon led to final clarity.
