De communicatieve vaardigheden van Rick zijn heel goed. We waren onder de indruk van de foto- en videopresentatie. Die hebben zeker bijgedragen aan de vele reacties die we hebben ontvangen.In algemeenheid waren we blij verrast dat het allemaal zo snel gegaan is.De service van het Heykens team was goed. Enigste aandachtspunt was dat niet altijd even zorgvuldig/ duidelijk gereageerd werd op onze vragen.
