Pleasant communication. Provided good assistance in an unusual situation and the real estate agent gave good support although it was not necessarily part of their job description. Makes an effort for a successful sale by providing accurate information and also arranging multiple viewings. Knows the market and fellow colleagues in the western mining region well.
