Knowledgeable friendly, warm and involved real estate team that thinks along with you and involves you everywhere and lets you think along as well. Uploading documents in Move, so you don't always have to go to the office which is nice, low-threshold contact via WhatsApp, they answer questions very quickly and keep you informed about every action. "Die knuffel ging vanzelf, want zo vertrouwd en open zijn we samen vanaf dag 1 qua gevoel wel geweest. De klik was goed, het huis was top om mee te werken en we hebben per slot van rekening nog kopers gekregen die ook qua gevoel gewoon goed zaten. En die vooral nog maximaal gaan genieten van hoe mooi jullie weten dat het wonen was aan jullie Kruisstraat. Eind goed en echt, al goed. Contact met de makelaar verliep heel fijn via WhatsApp, en al onze apps werden heel snel beantwoord. Zelfs in het weekend was er soms contact. Echt een gevoel van we doen dit samen. Heel fijn behandeld. Alle lof!

"Dat we het samen doen, vind ik een hele mooie beschrijving van iets dat zo mooi kan vandaag de dag met de systemen die we tot onze beschikking hebben en in ons geval maximaal inzetten. Daar gaat de nodige tijd (en soms inderdaad in het weekend) in zitten, maar we beseffen ons maar al te goed dat een woning voor jullie als verkopers natuurlijk jullie 'alles' is op het moment dat we er mee bezig zijn en dan updaten we met liefde doorlopend. Super fijn dat dit zo gewaardeerd wordt middels die prachtige beoordeling. En tot besluit nog een super samenwerking met kopers, wij hadden het niet beter kunnen bedenken. Komen ons vast nog een keer tegen en dan heffen nog zeker een extra glaasje op de afronding ook die we inmiddels gehad hebben. Alle goeds, gr Rick en ook namens ons hele Heykens team"
