Communication was very poor & unprofessional. The viewing was, as an exception, still reasonably well organized. Eventually reacted to the property. After a week there was still no reaction, then I called Rick. He said that it took a bit longer due to the vacation and that he hoped to know by the weekend. Two weeks later, no reaction from Rick. Eventually I WhatsApped him via the website that week & called 4 times. Each time I got an automatic SMS reply that he was currently 'in a viewing or appointment' (possibly on vacation himself? If so, communicate that). So I emailed. One and a half weeks later I got a reply email 'Excuses that it took so long, but tomorrow I will know for sure'. The next day not called, eventually two days later called again myself. In the end we had to wait about a month for a proper answer from Rick.

Your story and the data you provided did not match, which possibly influenced the owner's choice. The communication is indeed not as smooth as you might expect from me, for which I sincerely apologize. I try to help all customers as well as possible, however, I have not succeeded in this case, which I find very regrettable. I will contact you by phone."
