We bought a house where Richard was the real estate agent. During the first viewing, we only had 15 minutes because the next person was waiting outside in the rain. It was also mentioned during the viewing that there would be permission for a garage, which later turned out not to be true. The replacement of most of the thatched roof was quoted much cheaper than it actually turned out to be. During the inspection on the day of purchase, he behaved like a jerk. He only gave us a maximum of 15 minutes for the inspection and reacted coldly to the fact that the previous owners had left the house dirty with lots of clutter. When we were at the notary, he did not congratulate or greet us when he left. What a man! And for example, he didn't respond to the question about why there was tape on a radiator knob, which turned out to be broken. Definitely not recommended!! Also reacted poorly to questions from our buyer's agent, such as regarding the fact that the previous owners took 6-10 shrubs out of the garden with them, which is officially not allowed!

"Beste Loes, Dank voor de review. Jammer dat u de ervaring zo heeft beleefd. Wel willen we enkele punten verduidelijken: - in het koopcontract is vastgelegd dat enkele struiken door de verkopers zouden worden meegenomen. Dit is volledig volgens afspraak verlopen. - u heeft meerdere malen toegang tot de woning gekregen voorafgaand aan de koop en overdracht. Er is een aankoopmakelaar en bouwkundige geweest. Ook hier bent u bij aanwezig geweest. - tijdens de bezichtiging is er gesproken over de aanwezige carport, niet over een garage. - er is een correctie geweest op de koopsom toen bleek dat de opgaaf van de rietdekker achterhaald bleek. - ik heb de sleutel voor de overdracht bij de notaris afgegeven, voor de overdracht feliciteren is voor de muziek aanlopen. In Drenthe is het woord moi een groet. Wij vinden het belangrijk om zorgvuldig en transparant te werken en betreuren dat u dit anders heeft ervaren. Met vriendelijke groet Richard Zwiers"
