We bought a house where Richard was the real estate agent. During the first viewing, we only had 15 minutes because the next person was waiting outside in the rain. It was also mentioned during the viewing that there would be permission for a garage, which later turned out not to be true. The replacement of most of the thatched roof was quoted much cheaper than it actually turned out to be. During the inspection on the day of purchase, he behaved like a jerk. He only gave us a maximum of 15 minutes for the inspection and reacted coldly to the fact that the previous owners had left the house dirty with lots of clutter. When we were at the notary, he did not congratulate or greet us when he left. What a man! And for example, he didn't respond to the question about why there was tape on a radiator knob, which turned out to be broken. Definitely not recommended!! Also reacted poorly to questions from our buyer's agent, such as regarding the fact that the previous owners took 6-10 shrubs out of the garden with them, which is officially not allowed!

What a wonderful real estate agent we had in Richard. While he did everything to please the buyer, they were never satisfied enough. We opened our home three times for these people. Three times with experts present. After we indicated that we would no longer consider any further contact, they started bothering Richard and his office with the most bizarre questions. Even at the very last moment, they had the purchase price lowered.
