The first conversation was honest and sincere, very clear, there were very beautiful photos taken and a nice little film made by a skilled photographer, during the open day he was also there to give tips. 4 weeks later the house was sold, fantastic. Praise for Richard.

Richard was zowel onze aankoop als verkoop makelaar. Zonder hem en zijn team hadden we alles niet zo "gladjes", kunnen laten verlopen. Bij een verhuizing komt toch al meer kijken dan je kunt bedenken en Richard nam wat betreft aankoop en verkoop alles uit handen en regelde wat er geregeld moest worden. Het is heel prettig een makelaar te hebben, die je het gevoel geeft er voor jou te zijn en niet voor zijn eigen belang ofwel je behandelt als een kleuter. Je kon hem alles vrage…
