Pleasant contact. Chosen the real estate agent after a previous good experience with Groenhout Assen and after also speaking to three other agents. We were guided by Groenhout Midden-Drenthe, which went very well too. During the process it was sometimes quiet and we weren't sure if there was nothing to report or if there was attention for us. Later this became clearer and active extra good actions were taken to promote the sale. In short, a pleasant no-nonsense real estate agent to do business with.

We are very satisfied with Richard and his team. Within 6 weeks, we sold our house for a nice price. The only small point of attention is that we would have found it very pleasant if Richard had called or messaged us directly after a viewing about how the viewing went, rather than a few hours later. But otherwise we have nothing to complain about and everything went smoothly.

The appointment was quickly made. The conversation was clear, neat and the advice you expect from an agent was more than complete. There was clearly knowledge of the local housing market and the price indication matched that perfectly. The property was for sale for only a few days and the negotiation with the buyers was done based on Groenhout's knowledge. Nothing else could be wished for further. As an extra service, Groenhout also provided some purchase advice by keeping up with market prices. Very handy. Groenhout is a great agent to sell your house in this area.
