Sander and Alexandra have helped us excellently with the sale of a deceased family member's house. We mainly worked with Alexandra, who completely 'de-stressed' us on all fronts, which was fantastic since we had little time ourselves. Alexandra was always very reachable, also during weekends and in the evenings. Throughout the entire process, Alexandra kept us well informed, provided us with sound advice, and was present at the property when necessary on our behalf. The sale went very quickly and smoothly. In short, I can recommend to everyone dealing with SMASH real estate agents, it suited us excellently. Thank you Alexandra and Sander!
