I am happy to share my experience with SMASH real estate agents. In my search for a suitable agent, I looked at three things: the price, reviews on Google, and whether I had a connection with the agent. After all, the agent is your business card when selling your home. Sander came out shining in that first round. He is pleasant to deal with and knows his stuff. He guided me through both the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. During the purchase, he demonstrated his value by accurately assessing a fair buying price and later also advocated my interests against those of the seller during the process. He was professional throughout and truly stood by me. It's great to have someone like him on your team, which brings peace of mind in an already hectic period. Similarly, he guided the sale of our home well and professionally. In the background is his business partner Alexandra. Together they form a beautiful and good team, and I recommend Sander and Alexandra to everyone.
