Sander van Meerten has helped me as a real estate agent incredibly well, Sander from Smash Real Estate. Before I chose Sander as my real estate agent, I was with Expat-Real Estate who made a big mistake in the Funda advertisement. The ground rent on the property had been fully paid off, but the real estate agent mentioned at the bottom of the advertisement that the ground rent had not been fully paid off. I had nearly one year with two viewings and no offers, but Sander pointed out the mistake and sold the house within three months. He is knowledgeable, alert, definitely not sloppy, and also a very nice person. What more do you want! There's nothing better (in my opinion) 👍 Jan Zoutendijk Oosteinde 68 A 2548 AL Den Haag
