I am happy to share my experience with SMASH real estate agents. In my search for a suitable agent, I looked at three things: the price, reviews on Google, and whether I had a connection with the agent. After all, the agent is your business card when selling your home. Sander came out shining in that first round. He is pleasant to deal with and knows his stuff. He guided me through both the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new one. During the purchase, he demonstrated his value by accurately assessing a fair buying price and later also advocated my interests against those of the seller during the process. He was professional throughout and truly stood by me. It's great to have someone like him on your team, which brings peace of mind in an already hectic period. Sander heeft voor ons al 2x huizen aangekocht en beide keren sucessvol onderhandelt en 2x huizen van ons sucessvol verkocht. De begeleiding was elke keer heel goed. Van het regelen van een professionele fotograaf tot onderhandelingen een goede service. Hij staat altijd klaar voor vragen en adviezen en is hierbij altijd geduldig en vriendelijk.
