In tijden van aankoop en verkoop wil je dat de makelaar je gaat ontzorgen zodat je je ook kan focussen op alle andere dingen die er nog bijkomen. Dan zit je met Sander als makelaar goed. Altijd bereikbaar, bijna 24/7 zo lijkt het. Prima in omgang, eerlijk in zijn meningen, zegt wat het is of niet is. Kent de markt goed en zal er alles aan doen om je woning tegen de beste prijs te verkopen. Heeft kennis van zaken en laat zich niet gek maken. Is betrouwbaar, zeggen is doen. Kortom, voor ons is het een mooie tijd geweest om met Sander het huis te mogen verkopen. Erg tevreden klant dus.

We had an amazing experience with Smash as our purchasing agent. From the first contact, they were incredibly professional, patient and always very reachable. They thought along with us, were flexible in planning viewings and gave honest and expert advice. Even after the purchase, they remained involved and helped us find tradespeople for the renovation. Very unreliable real estate agent! They play an unfair game and completely ignore bidding deadlines. Instead of following a transparent process, they manipulate the sale by only informing their preferred buyers and giving them the chance to outbid others. This is pure deception and utterly unprofessional. Rather buy your house through an honest and ethical real estate agent – you'd better avoid this one!
