Sander is echt een aanrader als aankoopmakelaar! Hij reageert snel, is ontzettend behulpzaam en heeft ons aan ons droomhuis geholpen. Vooral in deze tijd word je zonder aankoopmakelaar niet eens serieus genomen en Sander is het meer dan waard!

Sander was really always reachable for our questions, also outside of office hours. He is involved and realistic about the asking price, which helped us with the bidding. Good knowledge of the region and thinks along well in every step towards the purchase, so I would definitely recommend Sander!

Sander has only made appointments since our first meeting when it suited us in the evenings, super nice! He took his time to get to know us, discover what our housing wishes entailed, and during viewings he observed and thought along with us. He handled the entire process of bidding and negotiating for us with a positive outcome!! His knowledge regarding houses, prices, and values was extremely precise. He also helped us by connecting us with someone from his network who would assist us throughout the entire financing process.

It's super easy to work with Sander. He responds quickly to WhatsApp messages and emails, is easily reachable by phone. He communicates clearly and has given us excellent advice on the sales process and the best way to approach it, from making adjustments to the house to make the sale easier, to open days. The aftercare is also perfect; I needed a document last time that he sent quickly. With viewings of the property, he is very flexible and customer-oriented. Of course, he can't work 24/7, but it feels like he's always there for us and for interested parties!

The communication went excellently from the very beginning. Definitely not a so-called "fast talker", but simply an honest straightforward man who is quick at responding to emails and WhatsApp messages. He also quickly understood what we wanted and did not want in a new home, which led to good suggestions. Should we have moving plans in the future, we will definitely contact him again.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the cooperation with Sander van Meerten regarding the sale of my apartment in several respects. I will explain some points: - The moment of placement on Funda did not go as agreed upon. After my inquiry about this, I received incorrect information. However, the apartment was soon listed on his own website. Did he want to attract buyers first to his own site? That would not be in my interest! Moreover, the asking price was forgotten to mention. This caused me a lot of trouble and phone calls. - Also around viewings many things went wrong and I was never informed. It turned out that there were only two viewing days planned instead of the three we had agreed on. I also did not receive any indication about when I could return home, and I did not hear how the days had gone, while as a seller you want to know this quickly. - Sander did not know that an online energy label is sufficient and that no paper document needs to be requested anymore, thus saving costs. After finding this out myself and informing Sander about it, he still asked three times for the document. I found this very careless. - Regarding offers with high financial conditions, the valuation report is essential. Despite his promise, Sander was unfortunately not present at the valuation and therefore did not provide the necessary information, but I had to sort that out myself. - What bothers me most of all is that I have been given incorrect information several times. The tax value would still not be known, the mortgage for the buyer was not yet arranged, and Funda would automatically make changes, but this turned out to be incorrect. I was constantly lied to and facts were distorted. All of this made me uncertain about the sale for a longer period. I confronted Sander with the above points. He did not address them, but blamed it on communication issues. At our last meeting (the final viewing with the buyer), Sander did not show up, but suddenly a colleague was there. Again, I was not informed. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this real estate agent's approach.
