The contact went smoothly; after a brief phone call, Sander could visit us on the weekend. Following a discussion about our wishes and an evaluation of the house's value, the purchase process began. After viewing three houses, we found one that suited us. Sander remained calm and advised against getting caught up in bidding wars, so we quickly made a suitable offer which was accepted. He was always easy to reach during the entire process.

He immediately made a very reliable and pleasant impression, an opinion that has not changed since then. He is extremely transparent, thinks along with you, and always sees solutions. He is always reachable, responds quickly to questions, and excellently guided the sale of my apartment; within one month there was a buyer. I would therefore recommend Sander to everyone who seeks a worry-free sale.

We met Sander kennis gemaakt hebben als de verkoopmakelaar van het huis dat we hebben gekocht. Sander was erg behulpzaam, heeft veel kennis van zaken, heeft humor, kent de omgeving heel goed inclusief allerlei bijzonderheden die spelen in Den Haag en Voorburg (zoals de aankoop van snippergroen) en is zeer goed bereikbaar, ook in het weekend. Hij was erg meedenkend en met al onze vragen konden we bij hem terecht. De verkopers waren ook heel tevreden over hoe Sander de verkoop aanpakte en hadden goed contact met hem. Al met al is Sander dus in staat geweest om beide partijen tevreden te stellen! Wij zouden Sander dan zeker ook aanraden, zowel als verkoopmakelaar als ook als aankoopmakelaar!

Sander is an accessible no-nonsense broker (with humor) who is always ready for you and reacts quickly. Even in the evenings and weekends if that's what it takes. Sander thinks along, is enormously involved, and remains realistic and pragmatic. If something doesn't go exactly as expected, this is discussable and does not hinder cooperation. The roller coaster ride you embark on as a buyer or seller sometimes makes you feel like you're flying out of the curve, but Sander then firmly (with a wink and a laugh!) sets you safely back on the ground again. And bonus: unlike other brokers, he dared to be bold based on his knowledge of his field, with an attractive asking price that was more than achieved!
