Sander maintained contact throughout the entire sales process and made good suggestions. He let me make all the choices myself. All his predictions came true, which makes you trust the whole process in this rather volatile market. What attracted me most was the personal contact and consultation at my own kitchen table in the evening hours. Sander responded quickly to messages, emails, and phone calls. Overall, a very pleasant journey and definitely an agent worth recommending!!

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the cooperation with Sander van Meerten regarding the sale of my apartment in several respects. I will explain some points: - The moment of placement on Funda did not go as agreed upon. After my inquiry about this, I received incorrect information. However, the apartment was soon listed on his own website. Did he want to attract buyers first to his own site? That would not be in my interest! Moreover, the asking price was forgotten to mention. This caused me a lot of trouble and phone calls. - Also around viewings many things went wrong and I was never informed. It turned out that there were only two viewing days planned instead of the three we had agreed on. I also did not receive any indication about when I could return home, and I did not hear how the days had gone, while as a seller you want to know this quickly. - Sander did not know that an online energy label is sufficient and that no paper document needs to be requested anymore, thus saving costs. After finding this out myself and informing Sander about it, he still asked three times for the document. I found this very careless. - Regarding offers with high financial conditions, the valuation report is essential. Despite his promise, Sander was unfortunately not present at the valuation and therefore did not provide the necessary information, but I had to sort that out myself. - What bothers me most of all is that I have been given incorrect information several times. The tax value would still not be known, the mortgage for the buyer was not yet arranged, and Funda would automatically make changes, but this turned out to be incorrect. I was constantly lied to and facts were distorted. All of this made me uncertain about the sale for a longer period. I confronted Sander with the above points. He did not address them, but blamed it on communication issues. At our last meeting (the final viewing with the buyer), Sander did not show up, but suddenly a colleague was there. Again, I was not informed. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this real estate agent's approach.

The contact was extremely pleasant and the realtor quickly understood our wishes and presented suitable potential homes accordingly. He also responded promptly to email and WhatsApp messages when we had specific questions. A very friendly person without any unnecessary fuss, just a straightforward man. Great to work with.

The contact went smoothly; after a brief phone call, Sander could visit us on the weekend. Following a discussion about our wishes and an evaluation of the house's value, the purchase process began. After viewing three houses, we found one that suited us. Sander remained calm and advised against getting caught up in bidding wars, so we quickly made a suitable offer which was accepted. He was always easy to reach during the entire process.
