Tenants and landlords beware! The company demands that tenants pay €45 before they even speak to you or tell you what the required documents are. I paid the money and then realized that I did not have all the necessary paperwork. When I asked for a refund, they outright said 'no'. This means that you can only use their service if you've been in NL for more than a year, which excludes new people and immigrants from accessing quality services. If they were a better company, they wouldn't need to take money from people. I would never recommend this real estate agency to a tenant or landlord. Go somewhere else.

The critical reviews are simply deleted. So here a small update At the moment of searching they think along with you until you find a house. From that moment on, the service is very poor. If you need them, they don't come or respond very late or not at all and in the end nothing happens. Until you don't pay then they stand at your door within two days. It's only because I was in housing need and had no other choice, otherwise I definitely would not have chosen them. They claimed that my problems which I experienced were due to the landlord, it could certainly be true but to solve this they do very little in my opinion.

"Dear Mrs. Dijkman and Mr. Bakker, As you know, you have an agreement with our office. On December 20, 2021, your property was listed online, just before the holidays. I informed you that this is a quiet period for rentals. On January 7, 2022, I had a telephone conversation with you to discuss the rental of your property, which resulted in seven leads. We were scheduled to meet again on January 14, 2022. On January 11, 2022, I received an email from your partner stating that the agreement is being unilaterally terminated by your partner because you were not confident about renting out the property. Meanwhile, you have listed the property with ReMax for rental. It is clearly stated in the agreements that our office has the right to exclusivity. It must be clear that you and your partner cannot deny that there has been a breach of contract on your part. I find it unfortunate that this review needs to be written; however, it is my duty to tell the other side of the story. A story always has two sides, as in this case.
