As an expat, it was incredibly difficult for me to rent my own apartment until a friend referred me to Lightcity Housing. From the beginning of the process, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. As someone who does not speak Dutch fluently, they helped me transfer utilities into my name after check-in, and they were even kind enough to explain how to properly close a rental insurance policy.
