I rented an apartment through this real estate agency. It had to be cleaned; they sent someone to clean it five days after someone had moved in, but that person did not clean at all. They do not respond to your requests once they have handed over the keys.

"Dear David, we are very disappointed to read your review. Unfortunately, we were responsible for mediating the Marconalaan in Eindhoven and not for cleaning the apartment. This should have been done by the landlord. We will of course contact them about this and ask where things went wrong in the process."
