Avoid this agency, that is my opinion, they like to keep the deposit, so be careful

"Hello Rui, We are very disappointed to see that you rate us with one star and are not fair about your situation. You have NOT paid your last month's rent and the deposit. Then you left the room in poor condition. You smoked throughout your entire stay, although we, the landlord, and the contract you signed did not allow this. The studio smells very bad and needs to be cleaned and repainted. You did not take responsibility for these matters. That is the true story!"
