Ik wil graag het team van Lightcity Housing bedanken, in het bijzonder Khalid Mrabet, voor zijn collaboratieve aanpak, hulp en ondersteuning tijdens onze verhuizing naar ons nieuwe huurappartement. Hij reageerde altijd snel, was begripvol en communiceerde gemakkelijk toen we twijfels en vragen hadden gedurende het hele proces. Raika Caboni en Jesse Vermeer hebben ons ook enorm geholpen met het plannen van bezichtigingen voor de huurwoning en het opstellen van het huurcontract. Ze beantwoordden al onze vragen over de huurovereenkomst, registraties, enzovoort. Al met al hebben we een zeer goede ervaring gehad met het team van Lightcity Housing!

We huurden een huis via Lightcity Housing en het was een plezier. Van de eerste tot de laatste dag hadden we geen problemen met het bedrijf. We hadden een paar kleine probleempjes met het huis en die werden allemaal door hen opgelost. Ook bij het verlaten van het huis hadden we geen problemen, de inspectie en het ophalen van de borg verliepen soepel. Ik raad het hier aan.

As an expat, it was incredibly difficult for me to rent my own apartment until a friend referred me to Lightcity Housing. From the beginning of the process, I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. As someone who does not speak Dutch fluently, they helped me transfer utilities into my name after check-in, and they were even kind enough to explain how to properly close a rental insurance policy. Heartfelt thanks to the entire team, appreciated!

I would like to thank the Lightcity Housing team, especially Khalid Mrabet for his collaborative approach, help and support during our move to our new rental apartment. He was always responsive, understanding and easy to communicate with when we had hesitations and questions throughout the entire process. Also, Raika Caboni and Jesse Vermeer greatly helped us in scheduling viewing appointments of the rental property and drafting the lease agreement. They answered all our questions regarding the tenancy agreement document, registrations, etc. Overall, we had a very good experience working with the Lightcity Housing team!
