Stephen's valuation of our house was top. The appraiser confirmed that. Our house in the higher segment was sold within two weeks. If we had chosen one of the other real estate agents in our immediate vicinity, the proceeds would have been significantly lower. The presentation on Funda was also very good, with a video, drone footage and all that goes with it. This office also makes use of social media. Always correct and friendly. We were kept well informed about the developments. In short, a recommendation. Thank you Stephen, Justin and team!
