We got in contact with Namaco after recommendation from a friend.We were welcomed by Klaas and Larissa in a very professional and friendly manner, where we discussed our needs and expectations. Klaas provided us with an overview of the groningen market and what areas would best fit our pricing and housing expectations.After finding a house we liked, Klaas joined us on a viewing and gave us back feedback on his view and realistic bidding price, as well as answering all questions we had.After following Klaas advice, we won the house and we were so happy as the price advice was spot on. Klaas helped us with the arrangement of the contracts and explained every step on the way.All following documentation and processes from bank mortgage, to notary etc were dealt from Klaas and he guided us all way through.As a very demanding and detailed customer, I am impressed by Namaco and their quality of services and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property
