I would absolutely not recommend this company! I'm surprised that in the review I read that professionals are working... It took a few weeks before we could live properly in our apartment (no hot water, broken terrace door, faulty heating...). They didn't respond and kept saying it could be our fault first. We had to solve many problems ourselves. And now they even want to keep our deposit for energy bills that we never heard anything about, which they can't even provide and aren't in the contract... Very disappointing and such behavior is clearly not reliable for both parties in a rental agreement: tenant or landlord. (We've already rented many apartments and this is the first time it's been so bad!!!!)

"Dear Océane, in the rental agreement you signed, the costs for utilities were not included. You were informed that you had to put all utility contracts in your name. Since this did not happen for the heating and hot water supply of the property, the landlord has rightfully charged you for the period you lived there and provided you with all the bills. All other problems mentioned by you, which are normal for a property, were resolved in time. However, some minor repairs fall under the responsibility of the tenant, as you use the property. This is also clearly stated in the signed rental agreement. Nevertheless, we thank you for your tenancy and for your review. We are always striving to improve our customer service.
