I rented an apartment from this company. They seized my deposit more than the legal deadline. Even though I handed over the apartment in the same condition as how I got it. They charged me for the smallest things they found. One was a stain on the mattress which they wanted to replace with a new one. I didn't make that stain during my tenancy, just I didn't check it before entering the apartment so I couldn't prove otherwise. Finally, they deducted 500 euros from my deposit. What they did was unethical and it's basically robbery. Do not rent an apartment from here if possible. Or take pictures of everything in the apartment so that they can not find excuses to take your money.

"Dear Safak, thank you for your review and allow us to clarify some of your statements:- This apartment has been rented by us, but we did not manage it while you were a tenant.- Everything occurring during your tenancy was dealt between you and the owner directly.- At the beginning of your tenancy a check in report was made stating the overall condition of the property. At the end of your 2 years tenancy, we were hired again to do the check out report, where we again state the overall condition of the property.- Both reports were done in your presence and signed by you.- Both you and the owner were given all reports.- All deductions made from your security deposit were agreed between you and the own..."
