Strongly recommended! PMA and Martin have been managing our apartment for a little more than a year now, and we are very pleased with their professionalism and support. Martin is a reliable, friendly, and level-headed property manager. We worked closely with him on a difficult maintenance issue. He communicates excellently with both tenants and owners and found a niche construction specialist who could solve our complex moisture problem. We feel that our property is in excellent hands.
