I would definitely not recommend this company! I am surprised to read in the review that there are professionals... It took us several weeks to be able to live properly in our apartment (no hot water, dysfunctional terrace door, non-working heating...). They were not reactive and always mentioned first that it could be due to our fault. We had to manage a lot of issues by ourselves. And now they do not even want to give us back our deposit for energy bills that we never heard about, which they are unable to provide and which are not in the contract... Very disappointing and such behavior is clearly unreliable for both sides of a rental: tenant or owner. (We are used to renting many apartments and this is by far the worst!!!!!)

"Dear Océane, the lease agreement you signed did not include any utilities and you were informed that you needed to change all utility contracts to your name. Since this was not done for the heating and hot water of the property, the landlord rightfully charged you for these during your tenancy and provided you with all invoices. All other issues mentioned by you, which are normal in a property, have been addressed on time, but some minor repairs fall under the tenant's responsibility since you are the one using the property, and this is also well documented in the signed lease agreement. Nevertheless, we thank you for being our tenant and leaving us a review as we always aim to improve our customer service. We wish you all the best for the future. They have obviously bought all of their reviews because everyone I've spoken to has had the same issues with them. Expect to wait months and months before anything gets done; don't buy into their promises because you won't get anywhere.
