Always answering super fast for any doubts, always available and really showing a great deal of care about details in all steps of the process. I would highly recommend PMA to manage your property. Putting your home into someone else's hands can be very stressful, but Martin and the team have made us feel incredibly secure and trusting throughout the entire process. Martin found great tenants for us and has gone above and beyond our expectations to make the process easy. He is extremely diligent and responsive. He has provided us with valuable advice throughout the process. We would not trust anyone else with our property!

Martin was able to get our apartment rented in a rather difficult market for 1-bedroom apartments. We were pleased with his communication and his level of responsiveness. We were never in the dark about what was happening (or not happening). Hij was duidelijk over wat hij bij elke stap kon verwachten en was grondig met zijn opvolging.

Had a great experience with Martin from PMA on my recent move. He was always friendly, responsive, helpful and professional. He made extra efforts to meet me for a viewing while juggling childcare activities (which was much appreciated) and was always able to answer my questions in good time. The entire process of signing contracts and checking-in was a breeze and he was able to help me negotiate a few extras with my new landlords. Absolutely would recommend.

I have now been working with Property Management Amsterdam for 2 years to manage my flat, and I am truly happy with the services they provide. Martin is my assigned agent, and I enjoy working with him; he is honest and very professional, and communication has always been smooth and clear. The team also provides great support and help when it comes to handling repairs in the apartment; they are proactive and extremely professional.
