Very pleasant, quick, accurate no-nonsense real estate agent. Dennis listens well to what you really want and guides you to achieve it as best as possible. He has experience, a good market insight and is an excellent negotiator. Because I was very satisfied with Dennis as a buyer's agent, I also asked him as a seller's agent. He again guided me excellently through the process and pulled out a fantastic price for me. It was funny that he also received plenty of compliments from the buyers at the notary about how they were received and guided by him.
